Creation and Manufacturing

The lines of our pieces are designed and worked in the same workshop as the manufacturing one. Each part is first prototyped several times in order to obtain the best possible final quality.

The workshop makes each piece by hand with the greatest care, patience and delicacy so that the unique aspect of each creation is highlighted.

Jewelry store

Maison Omane has chosen to favor golden jewelry in brass or zamac highlighting wood and leather.

As for the zippers, we chose to use brass “Excella” from the company YKK France whose factory is located in Seclin.

Yarns, dyes and interior fabrics

Our seams are made with continuous, heat-resistant polyester thread, made in Europe.

The dyes used to enhance the edges of the leather are chosen specially according to the colors of each collection and are produced in Europe.

Finally, our interior fabrics and linings are in Alcantara or cotton. They thus offer good resistance to the daily use of our pieces while enhancing our creations down to the smallest corner.

Our reinforcements are made of synderm, a material made from natural leather fibers mixed with paper fibers. Very flexible and resistant, it supports the shaping and holding of our creations.
